An event coordinator is needed to lead a team of volunteers to plan and produce a Variety Show.
The Variety Show will allow interested students the opportunity to showcase their talents on stage by performing routines such as comedy skits, musical numbers, magic acts, dancing, and more!
Members of the PTO are committed as volunteer team members to help the event run smoothly.
The Variety Show is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th with a (TBD) daytime show and an evening show from 5-6:30pm.
Description of tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordinate the variety show acts into a fluid performance
- Provide technical and rehearsal support
- Recruit additional parent and student volunteers for a variety of roles, including emcee, stagehands, program designer, etc.
- Collaborate with PTO members to advertise event through school communication channels
